Filemon Kevin Samson is a graduate of the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law. Mr. Samson attended the University of California at Berkeley, where he graduated with degrees in Economics and Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis on Urban Development. Mr. Samson has a broad range of professional practice areas. In addition to his role as managing attorney of Samson & Associates, Mr. Samson focuses on Bankruptcy, Estate Planning, Civil and Business and Corporate law practice. Mr. Samson also enjoys teaching as a part-time adjunct college Instructor of Business Law and volunteering as a pro bono attorney in underrepresented communities.

Craig Cawlfield is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law. Mr. Cawlfield completed his undergraduate studies at Occidental College where he graduated meritoriously in 1992. Mr. Cawlfield's professional focus as an attorney is in Civil Litigation representing clients in Courts throughout the Los Angeles Metropolitan area. Mr. Cawlfield is also a talented musician and songwriter who has written and produced several well reviewed works of music.
